Assistant Chef Manager Required For 5-Star Boutique Hotel Located In Mayfair.
Our Client:
Is a luxury 5-star boutique hotel situated in the heart of Mayfair, and are currently seeking an Assistant Chef Manager to join their friendly team and assist in the production of food, and also waiting duties ;
Provide cover for chef and waiter shift during vacation or other absences from the team.

Requirements

Qualified chef with proven hands-on experience in the kitchen.
Proven people management skills teamwork
Must have a good command of the English language and be an excellent communicator - both written and verbally in a comfortable yet professional manner.
Proven wait service an advantage, though training is an option in this area.
Working experience using Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Power Point knowledge of Opera would be an advantage.
There is no fixed shift pattern for the role the successful candidate will need to do early, middle and late shift and flexible to work weekends and bank holidays as per the department Rota.
They will also be on the Rota to cover Manager on Duty (MoD) shifts which are shared across the Operations supervisory and management team, so it is somewhat flexible.  Shifts are 6.00am-2.30pm, 7.00am-3.30pm, 2.30pm-11.00pm - the kitchen is open from 6.00am for breakfast with dinner until 11.00pm working 5/7 days. ​
