Assistant Business Centre Manager Location -Liverpool Street/Moorgate£33,000 plus BONUSExcellent opportunity for a Sales Driven, Energetic, Dynamic individual to join this leading company who specialise in Business Centres all over London, this is a great opportunity if you are looking to work for a Vibrant, Trendy, not Tradional Company!It is essential that you have previous Business Centre experience as you will be an Assistant Centre Manager for one of the Companies largest Business Centre's which is just under 235,000sqft , this is an extremely busy role where they are going through a refurbishment programme You will report directly to the Centre Manager and work within a team of two receptionists and a Cluster Facilities Manager Excellent Customer Service /People skills is a key requirement for this position along with a good working knowledge of CRM and Social Media. Responsibilities include;Act as first point of contact for visitors, customers and tenants Engage with all clientele Deal with all enquiries and customer queries Encourage Sales by conducting viewings Assist with hosting Marketing Events and Social Evenings Promote the client and liaise with stakeholders Manage and support a small team Comply with Health and Safety Encourage Sales to achieve company targets Previous assistant management experience is essential for this position , Business Centre/Service Excellent working conditions and future prospects.
