AMA Surveyors are a professional Chartered Building Surveying practice and also undertake project management type services and are now looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor and Project Manager to join the team.
The successful candidate will join a small and respected modern practice undertaking a range of professional work including party wall matters, defect diagnosis, building surveys, dilapidations; as well as project management of building works ranging from repairs to refurbishments and from small to large projects; to both residential and commercial property.
The office is based in London N3 with the work undertaken mainly in London within the M25.
Professional training will be given to the candidate if required.
The candidate should be committed, willing to develop their expertise, diligent in their work, honest and have professional integrity, have some knowledge of building construction, building surveying and management of construction projects. In addition the candidate should be able to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, and be a car driver.
