We primarily sell Music, DVDs, Books, Video Games, Merchandise and Electronics online through our various partners such as Amazon, eBay, Alibris and Fnac.
We are looking for experienced accounts professional to work with our accountant based in Chiswick. The role would suit someone who has an overall grasp of accounts to TB level, and preparation of management accounts. Be able to supervise, be flexible and is looking to work in a small team and grow with the company.
experience of using Sage 50 and Advanced Excel essential.
The role:
Supervise 2 assistants for a high volume purchase ledger. Ensure all supplier invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, payments, monthly supplier and bank reconciliations are processed on time.
Assist with the preparation of sales reports from all online sales platforms each month. Post and reconcile monthly sales. Prepare and file EU and UK vat returns. Prepare monthly management accounts.
experience of multi-currency transactions, and online retail desirable.
Duties will include admin and filing.
