We are recruiting for an assistant bars manager/supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have some experience in stock management, staff training and cellar management, although on the job training will be provided.
Cocktails, Beers and wine knowledge a must.
The role involves shift management, bookings, open and closing duties, social media management, cashing up, etc.
Gastro pub/restaurant/events background an advantage.
Salary negotiable depending upon experience.
The Lordship is a busy gastro pub on Lordship Lane in East Dulwich. We have a busy dining room where we are passionate about great seasonal food and efficient friendly service. Our first floor function room has it's own fully serviced bar and is usually booked for various events and parties most weekends.
We also offer The Lordship for private hire for events such as weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, etc.
We are situated over two floors, with a large ground floor bar, dining room, front and rear garden, and first floor function room.
The Lordship is a part of a small group of independently owned gastro pubs. Our other pubs include The Brown Dog in Barnes, The Easton in Clerkenwell and The Hunters Lodge Inn in Devon.
We are a small and ambitious company with plans to grow.
