We are a recently renovated large tenanted pub part of the Ram Pub Company (Youngs n Co group) We offer 5 ensuited rooms with a growing food offer. We boast one of the largest beer gardens in North West London and are very busy during the summer months. We have just finished building a complete outdoor kitchen and bar in our garden to help cover increased trade. We have live music on Fridays, cater for large functions and events. We are shortly about to extend our food offering to breakfasts for our hotel guests and the public.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, hands on Manager to assist the General Manager in running all aspects of the pub/hotel/kitchen. We are looking for a candidate that possesses some (not all) of the below qualities.
The Successful Candidate Will:
• Have experience within a high volume, quality hospitality operation.
• Have excellent people skills.
• Have good understanding of financials and strong commercial sense.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and E-mails
• Social media savvy
• A eye for detail.
• Passion for food and drink.
• cellar management experience.
• Punctual and organised.
• Ambition to continually drive the business forward.
• Understanding of music and entertainment.
• experience in event management an advantage.
• Personal license holder
