We are a small but unique cocktail bar trading in Borough Market, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. We have a limited food menu cooked al fresco during the day, and we become just a bar in the evenings.
We are looking for a great personality with a proven track record in the hospitality sector, having had experience in leading and training staff, organising staff rotas, stock control, and social media.
You will have a knowledge of cocktails, but will be trained in making our bespoke collection.

Have a min of 1 Years experience in a similar position.
We are offering £20,000-£24,000 (plus bonus).
