We are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to work under our General Bar Manager and manage staff rotas, help to maintain stock and help oversee cash ups and cash handling in the bar when the manager is not in.
Would also be adept at making cocktails.
Would suit someone with good bar experience and looking to move upwards.
Must have excellent references.
Must have good spoken and written English and be good at maths.
An excellent eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
This is a long term position and so therefore not suited to someone looking for work of 6 months or less.
You will be level headed, calm in a crisis and have a good sense of humour.

approximately 17k -20K per annum depending on experience.
