A position has become available for a Part time Head Barperson/deputy manager for a large bar / brasserie in Chingford.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working within a live music / restaurant establishment and is able to help promote that side of the business by booking bands/dj's and generally developing key nights.
You will be required to develop our day time and evening trade (we are currently only open for booked events)
Bojangles is centrally located in Chingford with a large open garden at the entrance and a capacity of 350.
We currently host birthday parties, comedy shows, promoted events and live stage performances.
Would suit an experienced bar person, with lots of drive and enthusiasm,
good understanding of licencing laws, a personal licence, pleasant personality and good service ethics, with training and leadership skills who is looking to go to the next level,
some experience of event management would be a bonus
(£10k pa )
26 hrs p/w (flexi)
Though you will be expected to work during events (mainly Saturdays evenings)
