We are currently hiring for the role of Assistant Bar Manager. Full-time with an OTE of £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
You must have high quality bar supervisory or management experience, excellent cocktail knowledge  basic knowledge of wines, Beers, spirits, etc.

We are looking for an individual who wants to progress in the bar / hospitality industry, who has a great passion for making exceptional drinks, offering fantastic service and who is looking to develop their skills further.
You’ll be responsible for managing a team of bar-staff and will be expected to provide creative input into the service and experience offered, as well as assisting with stock-control, managing bookings,  and general venue management.

You will either be an experienced Head Bartender/Supervisor, Assistant Bar Manager or a Senior Bar Person who already has the experience and knowledge to assist the general manager.

* You will have previous experience in high quality bar environment covering all aspects.
* You will have strong cocktail knowledge and basic knowledge of Beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks.
* You will be professional, engaging and have a warm and welcoming personality.
* You will be self-motivated and have the drive and determination to succeed and motivate others.
* You will be a good manager of people and have the passion and experience to train and lead a team.
* You will be willing to lead by example and assist the general manager in any required task.
