The Old Blue Last Ltd is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our ever-growing team.
We are looking for a resourceful, articulate and proactive individual with strong literacy, administrative and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will possess extensive management experience, being able to handle time sensitive deadlines and large teams.
We require somebody that is able to work well both independently and as part of a productive team, demonstrating the motivational and multi-tasking abilities required to meet demanding deadlines while maintaining the highest of standards.
The busy nature of our bars means that duties range from front-of-house work to staff recruitment, marketing, accounting and stock control.
As Assistant Manager, you must constantly adapt to ensure that the business is profitable, pleasant and run in accordance with the law and ethical guidelines.
The possession of a clean Personal License is a must.
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible
