We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for a well established, busy, brasserie style restaurant, bar and deli in Chiswick, West London.
We are based within the award winning Chiswick business park, opposite Gunnersbury tube station.

The position is full time, Monday to Friday only.
Immediate start available.

Applicants must have:
- Service orientated attitude
- Common sense and a good eye for detail
- Good working knowledge of food, wine and cocktails.

As shift manager you will be responsible:
- Organising shifts, managing the team and providing feedback.
- Training and motivating the team in service.
- Communicating with the kitchen to ensure high quality of food is maintained.
- Responding to guests’ comments and feedback with empathy and generosity.
- Maintaining high standards hygiene and health and safety.
