Main role and objectives:
As an Assistant Back of House Manager at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel you will have a key position in ensuring the smooth running of the back of house operations, working along with the other departments and managing the Back of House team and be in charge of both operational and administrative duties during the absence of the Back of House Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist the Back of House Manager in co-ordinating all activities of the Back of House team to supply clean, sanitary dishes and a clean kitchen.
Plan for timely supply of clean dishes and pots.
Co-ordinate the work of the Back of House team in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures.
Actively participate in addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Train, support, manage and motivate the Back of House team.

Someone who is able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure.
