The Company
Abokado is a growing chain of healthy fast food shop based in central London.
We are looking for someone to join our finance team based in Farrington.
The role is as follows:
- Supplier Reconciliation and payments
- Reconciliation of General Ledger, Bank and Control Accounts
- Assisting with producing daily/weekly/monthly reporting for us at Senior Management
- Sales Record checks and posting
- Assisting with Accounts Payable
- Assist with other ad-hoc accounting or admin task as required by line manager
- Daily bookkeeping as required
This is a part time position from Monday to Friday 09.00 – 13.00 (20 hours). We can be flexible with the working hours (subject to company’s requirement).
There is a possibility that this role will eventually evolve into a full time role.

Skills/Attributes Required:
• Must have recent experience working in a similar all rounded role in the UK or studying towards professional qualification, such as AAT etc.
• Must possess at least an Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (suitable candidates may be required to demonstrate their knowledge of this during the interview)
• Sage 50 knowledge is preferable
• Great attention to detail and ability to effectively organize your own daily tasks is a must
• Ability to meet deadlines and target
• Candidate must have a positive attitude, be confident and friendly
• Candidate must have a keen and flexible approach to their work
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
