As an assistant accountant the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.
(a)-.Collection of rent
(b) - Preparation of monthly cash positions
(c) - Preparation of monthly accounts and full analysis of sales and expenses
(d) - Tenancy agreements
(E)- Raising invoices and collection
(e) Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
