The Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced, bubbly, dynamic and friendly members to add to our management team.

This role will suit an experienced deputy / assistant manager. Your role will be to support the General Manager in all aspects of the business while also striving for excellence in customer service on the bar and floor. On the floor you will bring your personality, use your eye for detail and take the whole experience for the customer journey to a new level.

The successful candidate should be able to fulfil the following responsibilities and standards:

Drive a high standard of customer service and be able to successfully manage a team to deliver this consistently.
Control stock, including ordering and stock takes.
Assist with the recruitment and development of new and existing team members.
Effective management of the cellar, including keeping real Ales and ensuring correct standards are met.
Exceptional customer facing.
Attend Young’s training and development courses where required.
Open and Closure the business
The Ability to run shifts in the absence of the General Manager.

The Offer:
We offer a basic pay plus gratuity and there is potential for further performance-based bonuses.

We would require you to work daytimes, evenings and weekends. No two weeks are the same!

You would be entitled to 28 days' paid holiday per annum.
