We are looking for an experienced bread and pastry baker to join our team in Oxfordshire.
You must be able to produce hand crafted bread using traditional baking techniques - mixing, shaping and baking - across our full range of sourdoughs, traditional bread and flavoured loaves. We also produce a wide range of pastry goods, cakes, biscuits and tray Bakes.
You must be passionate about, and dedicated to, producing food to a high standard. You must be reliable – organised – able to work to deadlines - be prepared to clean – be a good team player – and be happy to deal with customers in our open plan bakery.
This is a permanent, full-time position which includes at least one night shift a week. You’ll receive 28 days holiday and a pension. Salary is from £22,500 per year.
A member of the Real Bread Campaign, we source our ingredients locally where possible to supply our two shops and the Farmers’ Markets we attend.
