The Bread Factory is London’s premiere artisan bakery. We are the proud suppliers of London’s leading Michelin restaurants, prestigious hotels and contract caterers with our award winning breads, pastries and cakes.
We are looking for Artisan Bakers who are as passionate about bread as we are. Candidates need to be able to produce hand crafted bread to our high standards using traditional baking techniques. This means you need to have excellent knowledge of dough and proofing.
The role will include shaping, mixing and oven work across our full range of sourdoughs, baguettes and flavoured loaves.
Candidates need to be experienced bakers who are enthusiastic, reliable and great team players. The bakery is a busy place to be so you need to be able to work to tight deadlines and be able to carry out some physical work.
Shift patterns are 5am - 2pm/3pm-1am, and you may be required to work any 5 days from the week which includes weekends. The role is paying between £9.00- £11.00 per hour depending on skills and knowledge.
