Hello!
We are looking for a motivated and self initiative person who would like to work in a creative environment, support artists and upcoming exhibitions (all of them will be in different venues!). We are a newly (1 year) opened gallery with a small team.
We offer our contacts, media outlets, money for transport, food, commission on sales, additional support for your own projects, our knowledge and more.
IF this position suits you and you would like to work with us in the future we can turn this into a permanent part-time job.
We need somebody that is interested to work in PR and Marketing within the arts field! We will ask you to contact media platforms, do research, write press releases, do newsletters, work on promotion, establish relationships with magazines and newspapers, and helping raising the gallery's profile online.You will help us with organising and setting up our exhibitions. We want to make you part of the team and give you the best experience.
You will need:
- Interest in Art / Street Art
- SOME PR / Marketing experience
or PR / Marketing Education OR basic understanding
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English !
- Basic graphic design skills- Be organised
This position is for 3 months, 3 days a week(Mon, Tue and Thursday). Sometimes you can work from home.The intern includes a trip (tickets) to Berlin for an exhibition we are doing there. The internship starts as soon as we find the right person, meaning this or next month.
