A cleaning Company in central London is looking to recruit an Area Manager to join its management team.
The ideal candidate for this position must be energetic, good communication skills, and a strong interpersonal relationship with colleagues and clients.
Duties : These are but not limited to the list below:
.Maintaining and improving standard of cleaning at all times.
. Working with the Human Resources Manager for  recruitment of new employees.
. Attending Management meetings and writing monthly reports.
.Reviewing any matters arising and ensuring that a professional service is provideded at all times.
Ensuring that key performance points and attention to details   are met and review of all working systems are carried out from time to time.
. Staff attendance , discipline and vacation requests and approval are attended to promptly as required.

. Managing the day to day cleaning services of the client premises, and conducting staff training.
