Area Head of Security and Risk Management role overview:

The ideal candidate will set direction and provide strategic oversight of the Security department in order to exceed stakeholder expectations, enhance brand image and maximize short and long term profitability.
The role will be responsible for overseeing the Security Operation to ensure the Hotel, Guest and staff and their property are protected from loss, damage or threat.
The successful candidate will set direction and provide entrepreneurial leadership with Security department in order to maximize individual and team potential and develop future capability.
Previous experience in the police/ services industry is required.
Extensive experience in a security role – preferably in more than one luxury hotel environment is desirable.
