Killer Tomato is a Mexican style street food restaurant which opened a little over a year ago in Shepherd's Bush. We are about to open a second site on Portobello Road. Naturally we are looking to expand our team. We have a great reputation and are looking for someone who can help us maintain our standards and have a good work/life balance whilst doing so.
We are looking for a CDP ready to take the next step in their career, or a Junior Sous looking for the training and responsibility required to handle their own kitchen.
If you are a well-rounded CDP and would like the training to become a Sous chef, this is a great opportunity for you. If you are a Jnr Sous looking for a responsibility and the training you need taking yourself to a Sous level, this is also great for you. Your input on menu development will be not only considered, but encouraged.
We are looking for someone with goals and ambition and who will be looking to progress. We are a growing business with many new restaurants opening up in our close future plans, giving the right person plenty of opportunity to grow.
We are a small and tight knit team who are very proud of our achievements and are looking for someone to join our family.
On top of all this, we offer a good work/life balance of maximum 45 hours per week over 8 or 9 shifts, with 2 days off together and regular weekends off.
