We are looking for an Apprentice Waiter who has a passion for delivering the highest levels of guest service to join our team.
As Apprentice Waiter you will support the Head Waiter and Waiter to ensure the smooth running of your section throughout service and provide an attentive and efficient service to all our customers and their guests. The ideal Apprentice Waiter will have previous experience working in busy restaurant environment.
In addition, attention to detail is crucial to ensure consistency and a smooth-running operation, as are good organisation skills.
The role of an Apprentice Waiter includes:

Set up of the kitchen passes as instructed by the Chef.
Knowledge of the menu and ability to identify dishes.
Ensuring the plate room and pass are kept clean.
Ensure that mise en place is stocked prior to service and replenished throughout.
Delivery of food to the restaurant in a timely manner.
