Role: Mobile Phone Repair Technician
Responsible for disassembly/reassembly of mobile phones, diagnostics, replacing parts, repairing faults and ultimately testing the phones to check whether fault has been rectified.
Preferable skills and experience
We are looking for a highly motivated team player who should be able to demonstrate high level of professionalism, tidiness, punctuality and customer focus. An individual, who can be relied to work without supervision, be trusted to deliver work on time with the upmost quality.
A good attention to detail is a must and ideally you will have a technical/electronics background or a genuine passion for this industry (if not both).
You will be working on some of the most advanced phones and gadgets on the market today including iPhones, iPads, iPods, Samsung, Sony, HTC etc.
You would also need to work within a small area.
Skills you should know:
• Test and diagnose phone faults
• Repair and/or factory reset a device according to manufacturer specifications
• Quality Assurance testing prior to handset sign off
• Ability to flash handsets for software updates as required
• Replace damaged screens
• Unlock mobile phones.
We are based in North London, Palmers Green.
Working Hours:
Depends on current studying commitments.
Otherwise 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (while in training). After probation period could change to Monday to Sunday (with two days off, one during the week and one on the weekend).
