We are looking for energetic, people-focused Customer Service Advisors to join a company in Denham as a Lead Generator. You will generate home visit appointments via telephone engagement.
Main Objectives:
We require you to have strong people, communication and organization skills. You’ll play a key role in supporting customers, Home Visit Advisors and other teams as required. You’ll be required to keep records updated and produce reports using our systems to monitor performance. Work with Home Visit Advisors to ensure that project meets the funders’ requirements, is delivered on time and to agreed quality standards. Specific targets for the post-holder will be agreed on appointment. Undertake monitoring information and reporting requirements as required.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Carrying out telephone engagement with customers to generate Smarter Home Visit appointments. Operate online appointment booking database to ensure all appointments are recorded accurately. Help to meet the target number of households and individuals engaged. Attend relevant project team meetings and training workshops. Report to the Team Leader and Groundwork Area Operations Manager as required. Undertake administrative duties as identified within the role. Office hours Monday-Friday. This role is temp' to perm'.
£9 Per hour weekly pay.
