We are looking for an energetic and motivated 'Apple Mac Technician' to work as a part of the store team.

This role requires you to provide repairs to Apple computers, iPads and iPhones. You will be have support from an experienced Management Team. This role is purely focused on repairs, however, if you are comfortable we can negotiate for a sales and repairs position.

This is an exciting opportunity for those with experience and interest in this field as there are many opportunities for expansion, progression and advancements for the willing individual.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves a number of tasks which include but are not limited to:
Testing and grading stock/incoming goods
Building, testing and installing machines for daily customer orders or advanced pre-built stock for future sales.
Assembling and disassembling macbooks, imacs and ipads.
Changing RAM, HDD, CPUs, Fans and other components.
Repairing faulty devices (hardware and software)
Hardware compatibility testing and troubleshooting.
Laptop/Tablet screen repair and replacement.
Laptop keyboard replacement
Troubleshooting software and hardware problems including drivers.
Inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing customer returns.
Advance electronic repair work (CHIP level repairs) - depending on your experience and aptitude in this area.
Ensuring workspace is clean

Knowledge, Skills and experience

Confident using Apple products
A Good knowledge of Apple Mac Model Range, Common faults.
Fluent English is a requirement
Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Positive Can-do attitude
experience repairing PCs, Macs, mobiles or tablets.
A full driving license and use of a vehicle would be desirable, however not essential.
