We are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our fun and energetic team.

Job role

Reporting into the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager you will oversee all aspects of service and day to day management of the restaurant.
You will need to take orders, prepare and serve food and beverage items to all guests as per their order, prepare the bill accordingly and take payment in the most efficient time possible through adhering to the highest service procedures.
Motivate new employees and oversee that they are integrate accordingly into the team.

Candidate profile

Preferably working experience within an Airport in restaurants and bars; however, hotels or fast paced high street restaurants will be consider.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Immaculate grooming standards.
Preferably excellent knowledge of wine and food pairing.
Show drive and passion for Excellent Customer Service!
Able to resolve in a prompt and timely manner customer issues and provide adequate solutions.

You must be able to provide us with the relevant employment references for a 5 years background and CRB check.
