The Food and Beverage department within The Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team.
The main responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Supervisor include:
• To be able to run the restaurant service for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service
• Maintaining high service standards
• Training and developing staff
• Serving guests both promptly and professionally

The ideal candidate for the Breakfast Supervisor position should:
• Have previous experience within a similar role in a four or five star hotel
• Have knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
• Be able to interact in a professional manner with guests and employees
• Communicate effectively in English
• Have a positive and friendly attitude
