Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a L and D; Solutions Manager to join our team based in Waterloo. The successful applicant will join us on a full time permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum.

The L and D; Solutions Manager role:
To support the fulfilment off the L and OD; vision of creating a learning culture, through the development and delivery of the L and OD; strategy. Leading a team of L and D; Delivery Consultants and working closely with the L and D; Business Partnering team to ensure identified organisational learning needs are captured and addressed through the delivery of the Peabody learning curriculum.
Key responsibilities as the L and D; Solutions Manager:
- Lead and develop the Delivery Solutions team and support the Head of Service in raising the professionalism of the function by setting standards, providing coaching and feedback to the team.
- Work closely with the Head of Service and the Senior L and DBP; to implement the L and OD; strategy.
- Operate as a pro-active and trusted L and D; professional helping to shape and scope business initiatives and strategy from a L and OD; perspective.
- Act in an advisor capacity to recommend effective training solutions to meet business needs.
- Promote and champion the People First principles and Peabody’s values in everything we design, facilitate or source through a third party.
Knowledge/skills/experience required by the L and D; Solutions Manager:
- Previous experience of leading and developing a team of L and D; professionals.
- Practical application of all areas of the learning cycle.
- Previous experience of designing and delivering leadership and coaching programs.
- Proven track record of building and managing effective relationships with leaders, peers, colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with a proven record of preparing and delivering persuasive, high quality, written and verbal reports and presentations to a senior audience.
- Knowledge of budget management
- Educated to degree level and/or relevant training experience.
- CIPD qualified
- Full UK driving license with own car as role will require travel to remote offices in Essex, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire.
