Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a L and D; Delivery Consultant to join our team based in Waterloo. The successful applicant will join us on a full time permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £38,950 per annum.

The L and D; Delivery Consultant role:
To provide best in class, innovative learning interventions that are delivered across the organisation and caters for the diversity of our people and their needs.
Key responsibilities as the L and D; Delivery Consultant:
- Deliver a first class learning and development service which includes the design and delivery of high quality learning interventions, development of easy to use and professional workbooks and handouts, monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the learning provided.
- Content and materials are regularly reviewed and refreshed ensuring it remains up to date, compliant and aligned to legislative and contractual requirements.
- Working closely with the L and D; Solutions Manager, the Delivery Consultants and the L and D; BPs to build the Peabody curriculum which addresses the emerging needs of the business and proactively plan and schedule appropriate courses, observations, refresher training to meet the demand.
- Provide face to face/classroom learning interventions at the various remote locations, predominantly Essex and London.
Knowledge/skills/experience required by the L and D; Delivery Consultant:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of the full learning cycle.
- Proven track record as a trainer
- Translating customer requirements into training and creating logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong understanding of the learning process for individuals in a professional environment.
- Ability to build effective working relationships, maintain robust relationships and drive collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written.
- Established strong facilitation skills
- CIPD - Certificate in Training Practice, TAPs or a relevant training qualification.
- Full UK driving license with own car and willingness to work out of London and Essex with some travel to Kent and Sussex.
