An Experienced Administrator for Repairs and Maintenance Company

You will be responsible for:
* scheduling of rates
*Liaising with Site Managers and assisting with any queries
*Raising purchase orders
*Updating all information onto web based system
*Compiling site files for projects
*Maintaining Ms Excel spreadsheets
*Liaising with clients in regards to work in progress and ensuring all completed work is satisfactory
*Creating weekly/monthly reports cis and vat
*Dealing with client invoices
YOU MUST HAVE A GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF MS EXCEL
YOU MUST HAVE experience WITHIN REPAIRS AND MAINTENACES ADMIN.
