We're looking for an energetic and loving nanny who can help with childcare after school and keep the boat (where we live) shipshape. It will be a fun job with lots of adventures thrown in.
The hours would be 1330 until 1830 Monday to Friday with occasional babysitting and we'd like you to start at the end of October.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has nannying experience
- Can commit for at least a year and preferably two
- Has great levels of energy for pouring into the kids and their adventures
- Can be flexible for occasional schedule changes/kids illnesses etc
- Is organised enough to keep on top of things from tidying to the weekly shop
- Enjoys cooking
- Speaks English fluently
- Doesn't get sick on boats.
Our kids are 4 and 6 and both are now at school. They are well behaved and fun to be around. Our younger daughter is brave, adventurous and outgoing. Our son is thoughtful, full of fun and very sociable.
The job would involve arriving on the boat two hours before the kids get out of school, helping to tidy, light cleaning, cooking, washing etc. And then picking the kids up at 1530, taking them to clubs, doing their homework with them and cooking them dinner.
