We are a young business with big ambitions. We have two sites (Shoreditch and Farringdon) serving upwards of 500 customers per day between them. We are shortly opening a third site and have a fourth in the pipeline for later this year. We make our food fresh every day and take huge amounts of pride in the quality of ingredients and flavours that we use. We have a centeral kitchen in Bethnal Green with five chefs and are looking for a logical, numbers-driven production manager who has experience running a production kitchen to help us continue delivering incredible food to our customers as we grow.
