This role is to be second in command in our production kitchen - the heart of our business and where producing excellent quality food is paramount.
Requirements
-Ambitious, looking for fast progression and being rewarded for hard work and responsibility
-Excellent knowledge of all areas of the kitchen
-Fast worker and able to multi-task
-Good knowledge if a wide range of cooking techniques and equipment
-Willing to learn and develop, assisting the Production Team and the rest of the company, producing innovative and deliciously healthy food
-Excellent preparation and organisational skills
-experience working within a high end and fast paced environment
-Passion for quality ingredients
-Great communication skills
-Ability to train team and engage employees
-Experienced at developing recipes and training documents
-Computer Literate
-Excellent working references
-Health and Safety training experience (Food Safety Level 2)
