Mouse Tail is a small, friendly and ambitious enterprise run by a young and energetic team. We are looking for someone cool to come and assist our head chef at our central kitchen.
Feeding London's hungry citizens from 3 cafes a delicious menu of fresh daily goods from salads and sandwiches to treats, Bakes and cakes.
The central kitchen where you would work from is based in Clapton and is part of a site that includes our coffee roastery. Excitingly it is about to move rooms and undergo a refurb as the business grows.

Main Duties:
* Preparation of daily changing food : sandwiches, quiches, salads
* Baking of various sweet pastries and cakes
* Maintaining a high level of food safety and cleanliness at all times
