We're looking for a highly committed and experienced Assistant Manager who is passionate about developing their team and the community around them. Who's got the experience and excitement to execute our inspirational vision to create the best Aussie brunch and lunch experience in London.
The key objective is to develop inspirational leaders who will grow our business, instil excitement, deliver absolute quality and be as passionate about our really unique opportunity as we are.
Our customer experience is as much about our food as it is about the warm, friendly, engaging service that they receive when they come to visit us again and again.
You will be responsible for supporting the General Manager across all aspects of the restaurant operations (systems, stations, recruitment, training, performance reviews, rotas, budgets, reporting, stock control, customer experience, health and safety, PR, customer experience).
You will emanate the Daisy culture and passion, be a purveyor of health and lifestyle and a real connector of your customers and community.
You will have a burning ambition to quickly progress to cafe/ restaurant manager.
Desired Skills and experience
- Inspiring and engaging personality with real leadership capabilities
- 2 + years of assistant restaurant manager experience in a busy Cafe or Restaurant with a real focus on table service and customer engagement
- A love of food and healthy lifestyle
- Great eye for Detail
- Consistent and professional approach to other staff members
- Extensive food, wine and coffee experience
- Valid UK visa with 2 + years remaining
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, tills and excel
- Acute financial management skills.
