In a fast growing context in London, we are looking for an Ambassador to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and fast growing branch which will change the Londoners’ way of life.
The Fleet associate will provide first level of service to solve costumer issues.
You will ensure that all preventive maintenance activities are scheduled and carried out AND also make sure that cars are moved to various organization locations as necessary to ensure their availability to customers.
As a Fleet associate, life is busy. This role will give you the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service through the timely delivery and collection of vehicles and providing ancillary sales opportunities to optimise the customer experience.
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong sense of customer care,
- Honest, reliable, well organized and good communication skills,
- Must be an excellent driver with valid license and a clean driving record,
- Ability to use specialized software (i.e.PDA),
- compliance with rules and instructions (process, security, traffic rules…).
Permanent role
Start package salary at £18,000 per year (Fixed Salary + on call bonus) + Meal allowance + Pension scheme.
