Marigold Health Foods is a well-established, London based distributor of natural and organic food products (chilled and ambient). In addition to our main customer base of independent shops, we are rapidly growing our business with Amazon. In particular, we are working with Amazon Fresh and are also in the process of expanding into the Prime Now, Core and Pantry divisions.
We are looking for someone to handle the Amazon account for the large range of products we sell - ideally a candidate with significant experience in supplying Amazon with a sizeable range of goods and in using the Vendor Central Platform. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, problem solving skills and a positive attitude are required. Marigold can best be described as a busy but very friendly working environment.
The position would be based in the Sales Team Monday through Friday and responsibilities would include (but would not exclusively be limited to):
• Day to day order processing and booking in of deliveries to numerous depots.
• Liaising with Amazon in identifying and correcting any product discrepancies (such as pricing, barcodes, case sizes) between the Marigold database (a Microsoft Navision based system) and that of Amazon’s Vendor Central.
• Ongoing maintenance of the product file with new listings, de-listings, price changes and product amendments.
• Liaising with Amazon and Marigold’s Sales and Sales Ledger Teams in assessing claims for processing or rejection in a timely manner.
• Liaising with Marigold’s Picking and Transport Teams to ensure accurate picking and efficient deliveries are booked in and carried out. (A significant part of Marigold’s operation includes warehousing and picking and transport logistics. Time dependent, the role may require manual picking, scanning and packing of orders. Although the role would largely be office based within our sales team, we strongly prefer a candidate who does not mind getting Stuck in and carrying out the physical part of the order processing.)
• Liaising with Marigold Buying Team to understand supply and availability.
