We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is highly motivated and has a good online skillset. We welcome you to join us in a small team in South London/Croydon. As a multi talented individual you will quickly move on to play a more senior/supervisory role.

Industry – Ecommerce (Online Retail)
Role Type - Online inventory, Customer service, Listing creation, Web Site update with product data, Social Media.
Position Type – Full Time (will consider Part Time too)
Salary – Competitive
Main Duties
To provide customer support to all online stores.
Work with online inventories, populate product data files and upload.
Take pictures of products and use PhotoShop to edit and finish product pictures.
To have a particular focus on growing business on Amazon UK and International sites.
To communicate with customers local and overseas and handle enquiries and complaints.
To aid with the supervising and maintaining of the web-store.
Liaise with Suppliers for Stock Replenishment Orders.
General office duties
Skills and experience
experience in online selling, especially Amazon will be very useful.
PhotoShop or any photo editing software experience essential.
Fluent in English; multi-language skill preferable – French, German, Spanish or Italian.
Strong written and verbal communication
Friendly, with a warm attitude towards customers.
Good computer skills (Microsoft packages etc. – Excel experience useful)
Good work ethic, punctual and productive
Trustworthy and organised
Great attention to detail is an absolute must!
