AM Monday to Friday Sous Chef Frenchie Covent Garden

Support the Frenchie Head Chef and management team.

AM Sous chef Duties:
Shifts will be 6am until 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Making all prep for the day
Controlling stock levels
Stock takes and stock storage
Daily ordering
HACCP and food hygiene control
Staff management
Menu development

The Ideal AM Sous Chef:
We want to invest in a AM Sous Chef who is as passionate as us about hospitality and cooking.

Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant is preferred.
To get strong knowledge in seasonal products and international food stage.
To be passionate about great food and quality ingredients.
To be tidy, very well organised and personable.
