About the role:
- Quality check garments from production and alterations' tailors
- Ensure all garments are presented with the highest standard to clients
- Raise feedback to the relevant department when spotting issues - Follow up with any feedback sent to ensure actions are taken to improve
- Process incoming deliveries from Tailors
- Process incoming deliveries from Studios
- Manage alterations' garments flow to ensure highest efficiency and best quality: allocate to tailors, create delivery notes, packing
- Monitor outstanding garments and action accordingly
- Manage urgent alterations'requests and arrange the flow according to deadlines
About the person:
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills along with great commercial judgement. Previous experience working with garments would be a great advantage. An interest in suits manufacturing would be ideal.
Some knowledge of pattern cutting and alterations would be ideal but not essential.
Good knowledge of google drive sheets and docs is essential.
Excellent IT skills such as navigating and learning new systems are essential.
