The candidate should have a can-do attitude, honest, hardworking with an excellent skill set and ability to deliver high standard of work. Must be a team member that will happily work within a group or individually on site working under their own initiative. The ideal candidate should be skilled in either carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, decorating and tiling.
Based in North London and surrounding areas this role will encompass travel to various sites, therefore, a driving licence is required and access to a vehicle is desirable.
You are required to have a CSCS Card and an Asbestos Awareness Certificate.
Your employment is on a full time self-employed basis and all salary is paid on a daily rate into your bank account weekly.
You must have a National Insurance and UTR number and be eligible to work in the UK with relevant Health and Safety paperwork.
