JINJUU is a contemporary Korean bar and restaurant lead up by celebrity chef Judy Joo.
We are now expanding again, with a new venture, and are looking to fill the following positions:
• 2 x Commis Chef
• 2 x Demi Chef
• 2 x CDP
• 2 x Sous chef
Our menu consists of both traditional and modern style dishes, inspired by seasonal and local produce. Some of our highlights are bulgogi-style sliders, Korean fried chicken, traditional braised short rib and grilled Ginger sea bass, and lots more.
