You will be hard working, passionate and, like all of us, have an obsession with high quality, unique food. We expect all of our staff to be out going, full of personality and able to deliver the highest quality of service. Ideally you will have a proven track record in a contemporary Asian restaurant, preferably Japanese restaurant. Full training is given to each and every member of our team when starting.
