Daly’s Wine Bar is currently recruiting for an Assistant General Manager to join their team.
Located just off The Strand, opposite the Royal Courts of Justice, Daly’s is something of a London institution. Having been in operation for almost 30 years, City Pub company purchased the site and re-opened it in 2015 with a new and improved feel,
We’re looking for an individual who is hungry to be part of a firmly established venue and assisting the General Manager in driving sales further. The General Manager also oversees the a-joined venue, Temple Brew House. As such, you will be given a large amount of autonomy and take on a greater level of responsibility than might typically befit the role.

• You will need to ‘get’ this area and the style of service that works
• You will need to be equally at home with great Food Service as well as wine. A passion for great wine is obviously a benefit.
• You will have experience in planning and executing a marketing plan consisting of appropriate promotions and events
• You will be able to co-ordinate, motivate and organise the staff in a positive and energetic manner to support the GM in the continued growth of the business.
• We require someone who is operationally experienced, tenacious and able to get things done on their own, as well as leading the wider team.
• You will be up to speed with all compliance and back of house processes.
This is an opportunity for an existing Assistant Manager looking for a change or new challenge.
