Established site has loyal and regular customer base that has high expectations of both food and service.

We are looking for the perfect host that has style, charisma and the ability to lead a young team in this very busy venue. You should have an outstanding track record in some of
London's best eateries, at least 2 years experience at management level and have worked in the industry for at least 5 years. This position is very much Front Of House oriented and managers will be expected to spend 95% of their time on the floor with our staff and customers.
Candidates should also have the following key attributes:

No two days are the same; we are an independent unit who is constantly assessing the business and coming up with new ideas to improve standards and our customer offer and we like to give our management team the freedom to manage the business on a day to day basis.
This is a big job that requires the successful candidate to wear many hats and perform to a very high standard, in light of this a good salary and bonus is offered and will be discussed
interview but will be in region of £35000 per year to start.
