Agile IT Project Manager/Technology Manager/BA
Salary and Benefits: to £45K
Location: London based with travel as required by clients
London Based Company is involved in delivering IT Strategy Programs and Projects requires skilled people with deep technical hands on expertise. Agile professionals are required to deliver IT Strategy Programs and Projects and execute projects both on the technical and strategic level.
Key Skills Agile Project Manager/Technologist
The execution of standard project processes, including maintenance of project documentation and reporting.
compliance with agreed, documented methodology, completing projects to base-lined time, cost and quality.
Reporting to Project Team Management and possibly a Programme Manager within a matrix environment.
Should have experience in the below,
experience of successful project management, with Prince2 or PMI or equivalent qualification.
Strong Software Development /Delivery hands on experience.
experience of strong stakeholder management across a diverse business environment.
experience of working on multiple concurrent project deliveries.
experience of project and possibly programme reporting.
experience of working in Agile environments (certification would be very beneficial)
An exposure to various Scaled Agile frameworks and any certifications would be an added advantage.
Comfortable conducting Scrums
Stakeholder Management.
Planning and organising.
Key Skills Agile Technology Manager
The role should have working experience directly with Product Managers onsite with a cross-functional Agile team.
As the Technology Manager/Business Analyst, you will work closely with the product owner and other subject matter experts to define the requirement to build new functionality including BDD/Gherkin style acceptance criteria.
You must be very consumer focused and have a track record of delivering/working on successful large/complex projects.
You will work and mentor other BA's and understand/define end to end or integration requirements across more than one project team and systems.
You will have extensive exposure and knowledge/practise of Agile and be able to identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the Sprint goal and also be able to mentor mid-level BA's on Agile.
You must have a minimum of 5 years commercial experience in delivering enterprise solutions, be client facing and have a track record of successfully delivering large scale/complex projects that target a large audience and have worked in heavily Agile/XP/Scrum focused environments.
It is desirable for candidates to have introduced Agile techniques and coached teams to apply them effectively and also have Agile certifications.
An exposure to various Scaled Agile frameworks and any certifications would be an added advantage.
