Afternoon Nanny needed – early / mid-September start.
Friendly, professional Archway / Highgate based family is looking for an afternoon nanny for two lovely and energetic children - a 9 year old boy and a 7 year old girl starting by mid-September.
The children are in the same school, within walking distance to our home. A driving license is not required.
Desired hours are: 2-7pm, Monday to Friday (we can alter start / finish times if necessary)
We could consider additional hours during term time, and would like longer hours during school holidays. Occasional evening babysitting, when agreed in advance.
Requirements:

You are kind, patient, fun and 100% reliable.
Minimum 3 years of childcare experience with children in this age group.
Current first aid / CRB checks
Ability to support homework, proficient in English.
Ofsted registered is desirable, but not required.

Primary duties:

Collect children from school
Supervise homework
Prepare the children’s evening meal
Take them to afternoon activities when required, or organise playdates on occasion.
Bath, help get ready for bedtime
Children’s laundry, tidy children’s bedrooms.
Prepare school bags / uniforms for the next day.

As both parents will be working outside of the house, you will have autonomy and independence.
Salary: from £11/net per hour, negotiable based on experience.
