After School Nanny for Children

We are a French family living in Barons Court / West Kensington area ideally from Sept 1 but could start before.
We are looking for a part time after school nanny as soon as possible to look after our two kids aged 11 and 9 years old.
Hours would be from 3.15pm until 7.15pm every week day (actually paid 20 hours a week)
Availability for holidays, when one of the kids is sick and cannot go to school would be appreciated but not mandatory.
We are looking for you to collect kids from school/after school clubs, make sure homework is done and organize outdoors and indoors activities as well as the occasional play dates. The position involves mainly looking after our children, dropping/picking them up at activities nearby, preparing diner and making sure they do their homework, take their bath, tidy up their bedroom. Occasionally you'll be asked to bring them to playdate or host friends at home.

Are energetic, imaginative and enthusiastic.
Have had at least 2 years experience working with children.
Are happy to do small housework, cooking mainly.
Like to organize activities (art and crafts, ball games, board games)
Speak good English,
Two recent and contactable references
Permission to work in the UK and CBR checks to present upon interview.
Are a non smoker
Are looking at a role for at least 12 months.

Hours and conditions:

Contract and payslips via Nanny Tax or equivalent, including pension employer's contribution.
Hours From 3.15pm to 7.15pm (20 hours a week) Monday to Friday. Hourly rate between £12 to £15 gross, depending on experience.
Possibly additional hours when parents travel and some week-ends or evening babysitting. (always optional)
All extra hours are paid, rounded to the half hour.
Holidays: 5 weeks paid holidays in addition to UK bank holidays. To be taken according to family planning, likely to be 2 to 3 weeks in summer, 1 week at Christmas and 1 week in the spring. Possibility to take extra weeks of unpaid leave upon agreement.

Tasks:

Childcare: school pick up, play and make arts and crafts activity, giving them, making sure they do 30min homework a date, practice their instrument and get into the shower once a day!
Cooking: Family diner everyday. Nothing complex and vegetarian.
Housekeeping: light house keeping in relation with the kids such as start the washing machine/Dryer and getting them to tidy up their bedroom/Toys regularly and making sure they keep the rest of the house tidy.
