We are a German / French family living in Islington with 2 lovely children (ages 5 and 7), looking for an after school nanny.
We are looking for an after school nanny to ideally work 5 days per week from 3.30pm to approximately 6.30pm on Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri and 12pm to 3pm on Wednesdays during term time. There is also the possibility (but no obligation) of some longer days during school holidays and occasional evening babysitting.
Duties to include:
Collecting the children from school in Kentish Town and taking them back to Islington by public transport. Once at home, it is time for them to relax and play (go to the park, creative games, arts and crafts etc.) and eat a healthy snack. The older child will also need some supervision with his homework, and the kids might need some help with tidying up before we get home.
Requirements:
Someone who is responsible, loving, organised, fun, intelligent and a non smoker.
Previous experience with excellent checkable references
Fluent English
Valid visa to live/work in UK
First aid certificate
CRB checked (or willing to be)
Ideally able to commit for at least 1 year
Ideally OFSTED registered
A second language (French/German ) would be great but not essential.
